In this high-visibility role, you will act as the principal architect and commercial advisor for our top-tier enterprise accounts, directly influencing profitability and defining the frictionless operational workflows that will shape the future of our CPQ and eCommerce automation.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Serve as the primary commercial consultant on Top 20 strategic enterprise accounts, partnering with Sales to structure complex multi-product contracts that protect long-term margins.
Design and run the end-to-end diagnostic retrospective engine to identify margin leakage, pinpointing whether discounting stems from pricing logic or sales enablement gaps.
Test and iterate corporate pricing guardrails against live market conditions to ensure deal structures are aligned with real-world sales dynamics.
Model the strategic impact of non-price commercial levers, including CPI inflation clauses, payment terms, and ramp agreements to maximize net present value.
Influence key leadership stakeholders by analyzing how sales compensation plans affect pricing behaviors and corporate margin goals.
Essential Skills & Experience
5 to 7+ years of dedicated experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Finance, or Strategic Pricing.
Expertise in modeling complex, multi-year B2B contracts and understanding the economic impacts of CPI clauses, payment terms, and NPV.
Advanced analytical skills with a track record of building complex spreadsheet models and extracting insights from BI tools.
Strong communication and diplomatic skills with an ability to influence high-pressure sales leaders and product managers using data-driven storytelling.
Bonus Points For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, metered billing/usage infrastructure (e.g., Metronome, Stripe, Togai), data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Domo), or product telemetry apps (e.g., Amplitude, Gainsight, Pendo).
Familiarity with AI platforms like Google AI Studio, Lovable, or Claude.
Prior experience defining business and technical requirements for CPQ or eCommerce system migrations.
