Join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst, where you’ll play a critical role in empowering our sales organization with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to perform at the highest level. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution, turning insights into action that fuels business performance.
In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize pipeline health, refine go-to-market strategies, and enable smart, scalable decision-making. Your ability to assess risk, uncover inefficiencies, and design intelligent processes will be essential in helping our team stay ahead in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Management & Health Monitoring
Monitor and analyze the sales funnel to evaluate pipeline health, track conversion rates, and identify trends across key stages.
Proactively surface stalled deals, forecast gaps, and potential revenue risks through data-driven insights.
Partner with sales teams to ensure pipeline integrity and drive accountability in opportunity management.
Deal Risk Assessment
Develop frameworks to assess deal health based on indicators such as deal age, discounting, engagement signals, and competitive landscape.
Provide strategic recommendations on deal prioritization, escalation, and recovery actions.
Act as a trusted resource in forecasting discussions and deal strategy sessions.
Sales Leadership Support
Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leaders, helping them make informed decisions through high-impact reporting, insights, and business reviews.
Anticipate business needs and provide proactive solutions to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Help shape quarterly business plans and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
Territory Design & Optimization
Lead territory planning processes using customer segmentation, whitespace analysis, historical performance, and growth projections.
Collaborate with sales leadership and enablement teams to implement and communicate territory strategies that balance opportunity and capacity.
Continuously refine models to ensure equitable coverage and maximum sales potential.
What You’ll Need:
6-10 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related discipline.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Proven ability to translate data insights into operational improvements.
Experience working with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Highly organized with strong stakeholder management skills.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
