The Team
We are a collaborative, analytical, and performance-driven Finance & Revenue Operations team focused on enabling smart growth and operational efficiency at Nylas. Our mission is to drive strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting, rigorous data analysis, and scalable systems.
As part of the broader Finance organization, Revenue Operations plays a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, optimizing processes, and ensuring data integrity across the entire revenue lifecycle. We are trusted partners to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, helping translate insights into action and aligning execution with company objectives.
Our team includes a dedicated systems administrator, and this role will report directly to the Director of FP&A. We value intellectual curiosity, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership, challenging each other to think critically and grow both personally and professionally.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Finance & Revenue Operations team. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for improving how revenue flows through the business by driving operational efficiency, enhancing data accuracy, and aligning cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, with regular exposure to Executive Leadership. Reporting to the Director of FP&A and managing our systems administrator, you will lead initiatives that optimize pipeline forecasting, sales processes, compensation design, and system automation—bringing clarity, scale, and insight to our go-to-market operations.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement a unified lead lifecycle in our CRM, integrating product usage data with sales activities
Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy across the revenue funnel
Build and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve GTM team productivity
Create and manage dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and sales performance
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to optimize lead routing, opportunity management, and handoff processes
Own and administer key GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, revenue intelligence tools)
Conduct routine audits of CRM and funnel data, addressing quality issues proactively
Provide training and enablement on tools, processes, and best practices for revenue teams
Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue recognition workflows
What You Must Bring
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Proven track record of building and scaling GTM systems and processes (Salesforce expertise required)
Experience using AI tools to streamline and automate operational tasks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast pipeline, analyze funnel performance, and identify growth levers
Strategic mindset with a bias toward action: Being comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
High degree of ownership, adaptability, and a desire to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment
Interview Process
Round 1: 30 minute Google Meet discussion with the Head of FP&A: Shane Tjin.
Round 2: Take home assignment to be followed by a 60-minute Google Meet discussion with the Head of FP&A: Shane Tjin.
Round 3: 45 minute Google Meet discussion with a Nylas Sales Leader.
Round 4: Two - Four (2-4) 45 minute Google Meet interviews with various team members (max 4 hours).

We expect you to clearly outline the "what," "why," and "how" behind your contributions.
Actual compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications, which are objectively assessed during the interview process. Factors influencing salary include knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities.
