What You Will Do
Shape precision into performance. In this role, you will program and support high-precision CNC machining processes that directly impact product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency. You will work independently with advanced equipment and digital tools, contributing technical expertise from design through validation and production.
- Program CNC machines for complex machining operations, including Swiss turning, grinding, and other coded CNC technologies.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM tools to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Translate engineering drawings and functional requirements into precise machining programs and manufacturing instructions.
- Validate and adjust CNC programs through testing, first-article inspections, and production support.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and external suppliers to improve machinability, cycle time, and cost.
- Support calibration and validation activities for machining and testing equipment used in production and product verification.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation related to CNC programs, validation, and process changes.
- Act as a technical reference for CNC programming during production, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience programming CNC machines, including Swiss-type lathes or similar high-precision equipment.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.
- Experience in metal-mechanical or machinery industries.
- Advanced English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product validation, testing, or equipment qualification processes.
- Experience supporting CNC machining in regulated or high-precision environments.
