JOIN OUR TALENTED TEAM OF MACHINING PROFESSIONALS

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated CNC Machinist II to produce very complex machined parts by setting up, programming, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Additionally, the role requires maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In the CNC Machinist II role, you will be responsible for executing the manufacturing of complex metal parts by interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. You will operate precision machine tools and measure and inspect finished products, as well as adjust and preventatively maintain machine tools to ensure quality and accuracy of the finished products. 

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $21.00-$26.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in CNC programming & set-up.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in CNC programming & set-up/associates degree in machine school technologies.
