About Aesthetix CRM

Aesthetix CRM is the CRM and marketing automation platform built specifically for medical aesthetics. More than 400 med spas, plastic surgery practices, and multi-location aesthetics groups use Aesthetix to capture leads, convert them into booked patients, and bring existing patients back. We connect to the EMRs practices already run on (Zenoti, Boulevard, PatientNow, ModMed, Nextech, Meevo, and others) so every message, automation, and report is tied to real patient and revenue data. We're a lean, fast-moving team, and every person here has a direct impact on how our clients grow.

Position Description

As a Client Success Manager, you own a book of Aesthetix CRM accounts after onboarding and are responsible for making sure each one gets measurable value from the platform. You are the practice's go-to product expert: when a client gets on a call with you, they leave with something fixed, built, or improved, not just a list of next steps.

What you'll do:

  • Own the post-onboarding relationship for a portfolio of med spa and plastic surgery accounts, from go-live through renewal
  • Run structured success reviews at key milestones, showing clients the results the CRM is producing (lead response, bookings, reactivations, revenue) and where they can get more
  • Work hands-on inside client accounts: auditing and adjusting workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, and automations so they match how the practice actually operates
  • Diagnose issues across integrations, messaging, phone setup, and attribution, and resolve them yourself or escalate with a clear, documented case
  • Monitor account health and usage, spot at-risk accounts early, and act before a client disengages
  • Identify expansion opportunities (additional locations, Aesthetix Activate, custom builds, add-ons) and partner with leadership to close them
  • Turn 1:1 calls into real progress by coming prepared with account context, data, and a specific plan
  • Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Support, and Training to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent client experience
  • Keep clean, current records of client interactions, goals, and success plans

Requirements
  • 2+ years in a client success, account management, or implementation role at a SaaS company, ideally with CRM or marketing automation software
  • Strong hands-on experience building in a CRM: workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, and custom fields. GoHighLevel experience is a major plus
  • Ability to learn a complex platform deeply and quickly, and to explain it clearly to non-technical practice owners and front-desk staff
  • Comfortable troubleshooting independently: reading workflow logs, tracing a contact's history, and narrowing down what broke and why
  • Working knowledge of SMS/email marketing, lead nurture, and basic marketing attribution (UTMs, ad platform conversions)
  • Confidence leading client calls, including tough conversations about expectations, adoption, or results
  • Highly organized, able to manage many accounts at once without letting follow-ups slip
  • Experienced in project management and digital PM tools like Clickup
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or with EMR/practice management systems is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and handling patient data responsibly is a plus

Benefits
  • Fully remote position
  • Competitive base salary ($70,000 - $95,000 band)
  • Paid time off and paid company holidays
  • Payroll and HR administered through Justworks
  • Ongoing product training and direct access to leadership
  • The chance to shape a young CSM function and grow with a company scaling quickly in a niche it leads
