The Role

As a Client Strategist at Ceros, you’ll partner closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and clients to accelerate time-to-value, drive early and sustained product adoption, and help clients realize ongoing success with the Ceros platform. You’ll serve as a thought partner to our customers and internal teams—delivering 1:1 marketing and design strategy sessions, in-person workshops, and content planning engagements that unlock performance across the full customer lifecycle.

This role reports to our Senior Strategist and helps scale her impact across more clients, faster—while also developing repeatable programs and assets that benefit our wider customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person) focused on content planning, client onboarding momentum, and driving higher platform adoption and customer retention.
  • Partner with CSMs to accelerate early adoption, deepen usage, and drive retention
  • Contribute to onboarding engagements like Kickoff Calls and roadmap alignment discussions
  • Help clients make progress on the Customer Impact Model (Full Funnel approach, Process, Form and Function frameworks, etc.)
  • Translate learnings from client work into repeatable onboarding assets, toolkits, and success plays
  • Identify opportunities to improve our strategic approach across client segments, collaborating closely with CSMs, Support, and Educate teams

Practical stuff we anticipate you having 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing strategy, design or consulting roles at a SaaS or creative technology company
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills (both virtual and in-person)
  • Ability to translate abstract business goals into actionable content strategies
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and developing repeatable frameworks from custom work
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a bias for action
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and has the ability to guide design conversations with confidence
