Job Description
As the Practice Manager, you will serve on our Client Strategy team and be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a strategic account manager for healthcare clients - especially pharmaceutical and payer companies.
- Evaluating qualitative and quantitative data (the interactions between our clients and their customers/patients) to help our clients make more informed business decisions.
- Having a continuous finger-on-the-pulse of program production, trends, budget and goals to help drive client outcomes.
- Understanding and utilizing the Authenticx software platform and staying current on new features, best practices, etc.
- Collaborating with other Authenticx teams to ensure our work is completed with the highest standards while achieving client objectives.
- Serving as an internal and external communicator - facilitating meetings, setting agendas, maintaining project timelines and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Continually honing a positive relationship with healthcare clients and always keeping client needs and desired outcomes at the forefront of everything we do.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or other relevant fields - equivalent combination of education and experience accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of healthcare experience - ideally working for/with pharmaceutical or health insurance/payer companies.
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) client-facing role supporting healthcare companies is preferred.
- Strong data synthesis experience involving the interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Extensive experience preparing and delivering complex presentations to internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience serving as a liaison and leading cross-functional projects.
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience preferred.
- Project management experience - project management certification is preferred.
- Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies.

- This is a remote/virtual position. Occasional on-site working may be expected, based on location.
- You must reside in the USA.
- You must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Minimal travel is expected.
