Diversified Botanics is a high-performance wellness company redefining what operational excellence looks like. We value speed, precision, and accountability—and we hire individuals who bring the same mindset to every shift. This is a culture for people who take pride in doing things well, at pace, and as part of a tight-knit team.
What You’ll DoTranslate the CEO’s vision into enterprise-wide execution, ensuring priorities are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard.
Orchestrate cross-departmental alignment, breaking down silos and enforcing operational clarity across leadership teams.
Own strategic initiative oversight, from OKR planning through performance tracking and course correction.
Act as a force-multiplier for the CEO — managing information flow, preparing decision-ready materials, and protecting executive bandwidth.
Drive discipline into execution: codify processes, systematize follow-through, and ensure no strategic objective loses momentum.
Leverage Diversified Botanics’ operating stack (ClickUp, Snowflake, Acumatica, Ninety.io, Slack, Carbon Voice) to enforce accountability, transparency, and decision-readiness.
Operate as a practitioner of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and Scrum, ensuring leadership discipline, sprint-based execution, and clear accountability across departments.
Collaborate with the R&D team to align innovation roadmaps with CEO strategy, monitor industry trends, and facilitate evaluation of new product opportunities.
Ensure compliance and risk management are embedded into daily operations — coordinating with Legal, and Operations to maintain regulatory adherence and robust SOPs.
Support enterprise-scale automation and operational transformation initiatives, including manufacturing efficiency, AI integration, and process redesign.
Represent the CEO in critical meetings and external engagements where executive alignment is required.
Lead with urgency, communicate with precision, and enforce outcomes without excuses.
Can step confidently into ambiguity, simplify complexity, and make decisive calls with 70% of the data.
Operate with a bias toward execution while holding yourself and others accountable to exacting standards.
Treat culture as a performance system, not a perk — you view alignment, candor, and accountability as strategic assets.
See yourself as an extension of the CEO: grounded, direct, data-informed, and relentlessly focused on results.
Require extensive direction or rigid process to stay productive.
Avoid direct feedback or hesitate to address underperformance.
Confuse seniority with credibility or title with trust.
Prioritize planning over execution or analysis over action.
View the Chief of Staff role as administrative support rather than strategic leadership.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including direct executive-level scope.
A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in high-growth or scaling organizations.
Expertise in strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional alignment.
Deep familiarity with operational frameworks like EOS and Scrum, with demonstrated ability to run disciplined cadences, sprints, and accountability structures.
Strong financial literacy and comfort engaging with P&L, capital allocation, and enterprise-level reporting.
Proven ability to use modern enterprise tools (ClickUp, Snowflake, Acumatica, Ninety.io, Slack, Carbon Voice) to enforce visibility and accountability.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and decision-making under pressure.
Cultural alignment with Diversified Botanics’ values: speed, candor, precision, ownership, and relentless execution.
Proven executive experience with direct accountability for business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, inflection points, and scaling environments.

Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation, including P&L or capital allocation.
Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled systems, and digital infrastructure at scale.
