We are seeking a highly capable, trusted Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Chief Technology Officer in leading a rapidly scaling R&D organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technical delivery — with visibility into our most critical initiatives and the pace to match. You’ll operate in an environment where priorities evolve quickly, expectations are high, and delivering results requires both strategic perspective and a willingness to engage deeply in the work.
To excel, you’ll need the agility to adapt to shifting priorities, the judgment to know when to push and when to pause, and the drive to ensure no critical initiative stalls. The CTO will look to you as an extension of their leadership — anticipating needs, addressing challenges proactively, and ensuring operational excellence without constant direction. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, finds energy in solving complex problems, and is motivated by seeing tangible results from their efforts.
Why This Role Matters
The Chief of Staff to the CTO is a permanent strategic anchor of our R&D leadership. You will amplify the CTO’s impact, ensure the organization delivers on its most important priorities, and help guide the company as we scale and integrate AI-driven innovation. This role is about driving momentum, clearing the path, and making sure nothing that matters falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership to the CTO
Serve as a right-hand advisor, supporting decision-making and ensuring priorities are translated into actionable plans.
Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Initiative Leadership
Drive the execution of high-priority R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Roll up your sleeves to remove blockers, coordinate resources, and close execution gaps.
Operational Cadence
Manage the planning, review, and reporting cycles for R&D, including quarterly business reviews, roadmap alignment, and sprint cadences.
Monitor progress against OKRs and strategic goals, including AI adoption and delivery milestones.
Program & Project Management
Oversee cross-functional technical programs, from roadmap development to delivery tracking and risk management.
Ensure visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks for both the CTO and leadership team.
AI Strategy & Enablement
Partner with engineering and product leadership to bring AI-driven initiatives from concept to launch.
Stay current with AI technologies, tools, and industry developments to inform strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or technical postgraduate degree preferred.
