  • Demonstrated success building strategic account programs, expanding enterprise relationships, and increasing cross-sell across a multi-product portfolio

  • Experience scaling ecommerce, inside sales, subscription, self-service, or other digitally enabled revenue channels

  • Expand BARBRI’s relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, law schools, universities, and other institutional partners through coordinated account strategies

  • Establish a unified approach to strategic accounts, including leading law firms and educational institutions, while identifying opportunities for account expansion and channel partnerships

  • Position BARBRI’s website, ecommerce platforms, inside sales capabilities, and paid media channels as connected and scalable drivers of direct-to-consumer and direct-to-professional revenue

  • Align brand, creative, public relations, strategic communications, performance marketing, and account-based marketing with BARBRI’s commercial objectives

  • Set the commercial direction for responsible AI adoption, including digital customer experiences, self-service conversion, personalization, pipeline management, and sales productivity

  • Establish disciplined operating rhythms, accurate forecasting, measurable performance standards, and executive sponsorship for strategic opportunities
