What You'll Do

Own and execute monday.com’s channel and partner strategy for Brazil, reporting to the LATAM Regional Partnerships VP.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Partner Managers, creating a high-performance culture built around ownership, accountability, and partner success.

  • Build and scale a diversified partner ecosystem across:

    • High-volume SMB and mid-market partners

    • Strategic enterprise partners

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ARR, and customer growth.

  • Develop clear partner segmentation and coverage strategies based on market opportunity, partner capabilities, and customer segments.

  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and scale new partners by leveraging your knowledge and network within the Brazilian technology ecosystem.

  • Build executive relationships with our most strategic partners and develop joint business plans, pipeline strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Work closely with partners and monday.com Sales teams on strategic opportunities, bringing strong commercial judgment and deal leadership when required.

  • Build strong alignment between the partner organization and Direct Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations.

  • Own accurate forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, and performance reporting for the Brazil partner organization.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities within the partner ecosystem and translate them into actionable growth initiatives.

  • Represent monday.com with senior executives across partners, customers, industry events, and the broader Brazilian technology ecosystem.

  • Continuously challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas, partners, programs, and go-to-market motions that can accelerate monday.com’s growth in Brazil.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS across channel partnerships, indirect sales, alliances, or direct sales management.

  • Proven team leadership with a track record of coaching, developing, and managing high-performing commercial or partner-facing teams.

  • Dual-motion strategy experience, demonstrated through scaling high-volume channel motions alongside complex enterprise co-selling strategies.

  • Strong Brazilian SaaS ecosystem network, with deep connections across system integrators, technology companies, channel partners, and enterprise buyers.

  • Data-driven operational discipline, including expertise in pipeline analytics, revenue forecasting, business planning, and KPI management.

  • Language proficiency: Fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.

  • Ability to independently build custom dashboards, reporting models, and executive quarterly business reviews.

  • Working proficiency or fluency in Spanish.
