We are seeking an experienced Channel Enablement Lead to drive the success of enablement initiatives across Snowflake’s global resell programs. This role will be a key contributor to the growth of our resell sales motion by building, managing, and executing learning programs that empower Snowflake resell partners.

You will work in close partnership with the Resale Program Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enablement initiatives directly support revenue goals, partner activation, and operational excellence.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong leadership, execution excellence, and deep collaboration across multiple Snowflake teams. Your work will be central to building the capabilities needed to scale Snowflake’s partner ecosystem, accelerate innovation, and extend our reach through indirect sales channels.

AS A CHANNEL ENABLEMENT, SR. MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Lead the development and execution of enablement programs for Snowflake’s global resale partners (VARs, Cloud Resellers, CSPs and Strategic Technology Partnerships)

  • Design training experiences that drive partner readiness, accelerate onboarding, and improve sales execution

  • Drive GTM, Technical, and Operational readiness across global partner ecosystem

  • Partner with internal and external teams to collaborate, create, deliver and promote coordinated, scalable training initiatives

  • Measure and report on enablement effectiveness, partner engagement, and business impact

  • Continuously optimize enablement strategy based on feedback, adoption, and changing business needs

OUR IDEAL CHANNEL ENABLEMENT, SR. MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • 8+ years of enablement experience and proven track record of leading enablement projects, ideally within SaaS or cloud technologies

  • Deep understanding of resell/channel sales models and partner ecosystems

  • Experience with learning platforms, content development processes, and partner training delivery

  • Proven ability to translate business goals into enablement strategy and action

  • Exceptional leadership, project management, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency to collaborate, influence and get things done across functional domains

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, across different areas of focus.

  • Ability to be flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency
