It is an exciting time to join Calix as we build a dedicated Managed Business team focused on turning strategic market opportunity into scalable growth. The Channel Enablement Manager is responsible for designing and executing scalable enablement programs that prepare partners to successfully position and sell Calix Managed Business solutions. This role supports Managed Service Provider partners through structured, virtual or in-person or self-led training programs. Success is measured through partner readiness, certifications, time to first deal, and adoption of partner tools and resources.

Core Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Design and implement partner enablement onboarding programs that accelerate MSP partner readiness to market and sell Calix solutions
  • Build and scale training and certification programs across MSP partners for Calix solutions
  • Develop and deliver in-person and virtual workshops for MSP sellers
  • Develop structured, role-based enablement pathways for MSP partner sellers and marketers
  • Create enablement assets including training modules, playbooks, onboarding kits, and solution guides 
  • Enable partners on the Calix Partner Program including structure, benefits, and engagement models 
  • Drive adoption of partner tools and platforms such as PRM systems and learning platforms 
  • Partner with sales, success, product marketing, and partner marketing to align enablement with go-to-market priorities 
  • Track and report on enablement success metrics including certifications, readiness, time to first deal, and tool adoption 
  • Continuously refine programs based on partner feedback and performance insights 
  • Establish a repeatable enablement framework that scales across a growing partner ecosystem 
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, or related roles in enterprise technology 
  • Experience building and scaling training, onboarding, or certification programs 
  • Proven track record creating innovative partner enablement programs for MSPs targeting Multi Dwelling Units, Venues, SMB, and Hospitality. 
  • Strong strategic planning and program leadership capabilities with experience influencing large cross-functional organizations.  
  • Relevant knowledge of: WiFi, roaming, networking, operations and management, mobile apps and portals, and property management systems. 
  • Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, or channel partner business models 
  • Experience developing structured learning programs and enablement content 
  • Experience driving adoption of partner tools such as PRM, LMS, or enablement platforms 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and program management skills 
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear and actionable partner training 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building or managing partner certification programs 
  • Experience working with partner program structures 
  • Experience launching enablement programs for new products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • This is a remote-based position that can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada

    The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

    San Francisco Bay Area:

    158,700 - 238,100 USD Annual

    Select US Metros and States:

    138,000 - 207,000 USD Annual

    Other US Locations:

    124,200 - 186,300 USD Annual
