The Channel Development Manager is responsible for establishing and expanding the IT channel partner network through relationships, program development, market analysis, and performance tracking.
As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our IT channel partner network in the United States. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Partner Identification: Identify and assess potential channel partners, considering their compatibility with our products and services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while actively seeking new collaborations.
- Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive channel partner programs, including incentive structures, marketing support, and training initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for channel growth.
- Channel Revenue Optimization: Provide crucial resources and strategic support to enhance channel sales effectiveness. Focus on driving revenue growth through innovative channel development strategies, ensuring the consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets
- Performance Tracking: Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of channel partners.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 5 years of successful experience in building IT channel partner programs from the ground up.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and channel dynamics.
