The Cage and Caesars Reward Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all Cage and Caesars Rewards Center operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, security, and exceptional service. This role provides leadership to Cage Supervisors and team members, manages departmental financial integrity, and ensures all procedures and regulations are consistently followed. The Manager plays a key role in staffing, training, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and cross departmental communication while supporting a positive and service-driven culture.
Starting salary at $80,000
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily Cage and Rewards Center operations to ensure accuracy, security, and efficient service.
Lead, coach, and evaluate Cage Supervisors and staff; manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and payroll approvals.
Maintain departmental budgets and cash levels in accordance with operational and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, gaming regulations, and all Title 31/AML requirements.
Develop policies, training materials, and performance documents for Cage team members.
Investigate financial variances and coordinate with Audit, Surveillance, and Finance as needed.
Communicate issues, updates, and promotional information to Cage staff and management.
Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for Cage personnel.
Approve comps and marketing offers beyond supervisor limits.
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required.
Five years of cage operations or banking experience preferred; guest service experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ‑high demand environment with strong ‑cash handling‑ and customer service skills.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Key Gaming License.
Must meet and maintain all required certifications.
Must successfully complete all required company training.

Listen and speak with guests effectively.
Bend/Lift up to 30 lbs.
Operate a computer and 10 key calculators.
Fast-paced customer service environment.
Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems.
Meet deadlines that may require an irregular work schedule.
Perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
Exposure to variable temperatures and bright flashing lights and potential loud noise environments.
