Oversees cage operations and team members during shifts to ensure transaction accuracy, security, regulatory (Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act) compliance, and excellent guest service. Coaches staff, conducts audits, verifies funds, handles disciplinary actions, coordinates with other departments, and operates cash-handling equipment.

Build and manage Caesars Entertainment sales to drive revenue for rooms, F&B, meeting room rental and related services. Solicit, prospect, and book events; finalize contracts; lead large account sales; conduct site inspections; train and support regional sales staff; collaborate with property operations and other regions; meet measurable sales targets and represent the brand. Travel required.

Provide customer service in the sportsbook by assisting bettors, explaining betting options, handling cash transactions, completing Title 31 and compliance paperwork, de-escalating disputes, and promoting responsible wagering. Maintain gaming license, follow Nevada Gaming Control Board rules, and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Lead end-to-end IT sourcing for hardware, software, SaaS, and security services. Develop sourcing strategies, run RFx and negotiations, draft and manage contracts, perform market and TCO analysis, mitigate risks, manage supplier performance, and align cross-functional stakeholders to optimize cost, performance, and vendor portfolios.
