Oversee advertising, promotions, VIP programs, PR, social media, database and direct‑response campaigns, budgeting, P&L, staff supervision, and guest experience initiatives. Collaborate with corporate and regional teams, manage vendors and events, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive loyalty, visitation, and revenue growth.
