What You'll Do:
- Technical Capture Leadership: Partner closely with Capture Managers, Business Development, mission architect and Engineering teams to shape Requests for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs). Translate customer and mission needs into discriminators and winning technical solutions.
- Business Planning: Identify related business opportunities, understand, and communicate customer requirements, timelines, budgets, and sensitivities. Provide leadership, knowledge, business opportunities, strategies, competitive intelligence, and technology forecasts commensurate with company financial and strategic plans relative to mission enabling RF technologies, RADAR, electronic warfare (EW) and signals intelligence (SIGINT).
- Customer/Partner Engagement: Develop and maintain contacts with key government customers and industry partners. Identify, vet, and manage strategic teaming partners, subcontractors, and technology vendors to build a best-in class solution team. Serve as a credible technical architect during customer touchpoints, industry days, and pink/red/gold team reviews.
- Manage activities surrounding pursuit of pathfinder, technology, and mission-level opportunities and subsequent identification and execution of new business within the RF mission area.
- Develop and execute capture plans and strategies, lead pursuit and proposal activities, and manage customer and teammate relationships. Manage support personnel to develop cost, schedule, and technical performance estimates in response to customer requests for information and requests for proposals.
- Lead capture activities to include coordination with company business development personnel, management of personnel in the development of technology solutions in response to stated customer needs, development/execution of capture plans and strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Responsible for developing and executing Independent Research and Development (IRAD) strategy related to RF sensing systems within National Space SBU.
- Fostering innovative design approaches and rapid prototyping for emerging technologies within company procedures and policies.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS/BA in related field plus 12 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- A current, active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Polygraph.
- Experience working with DoW and/or IC program managers, technical support contractors and contract managers.
- Experience as a lead or program manager with RF and SIGINT payloads, architectures, and development.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and/or hardware demonstrations.
- Experience with scoping and executing internal research and development (IRAD) programs.
- Experience operating within classified program environments.
- Excellent technical competence in any or all of the following is required: SIGINT collectors, space-based RF sensing systems, USG pathfinder systems, and ISR systems.
- Experience in supporting DoW and/or IC proposals as well as knowledge of government acquisition strategy.
- Must be a superb presenter with documented presentation experience to senior decision making and technical audiences.
- Excellent program management skills and demonstrated ability to grow new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and technology evaluation skills.
- Must have demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills in relevant technical environments.
