- Create a warm welcome: Greet residents and guests with an upbeat and professional attitude
- Respond to resident needs: Provide information, resolve concerns, and handle inquiries with care and efficiency
- Support daily services: Answer phones, retrieve packages, mail, and faxes, and coordinate resident requests
- Ensure safety and security: Monitor building activity, report concerns, and assist in emergency situations
