Rapid7 is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help improve and optimise our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Customer Success, and Support. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced teammates, learn new business processes, and contribute to transformative projects that enhance efficiency and customer experiences.

About the Team
Our Business Systems team enables the success of Sales, Customer Success, and Support by delivering tools and processes that improve productivity and customer experience. We act as trusted partners to the business, ensuring Salesforce and related technologies are strategically aligned to company goals.
About the Role
As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions. Specifically, your focus will be to:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for Salesforce projects & enhancements.
  • Support the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Participate in testing activities, including creating test cases, performing system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and vendor partners to extend platform capabilities.
  • Help manage a pipeline of projects and enhancements, ensuring business priorities are met.
  • Contribute to change management activities by preparing user communications, training, and documentation.
  • Continuously learn and grow Salesforce expertise while developing a strong understanding of Rapid7's business processes.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role supporting business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with process mapping, documentation, and analysis to support continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Salesforce experience preferred, including familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Customer Success, or Support processes is a plus.
  • Interest in learning and developing Salesforce expertise and business systems knowledge.
