This role bridges business needs and technology solutions to improve sales effectiveness, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate revenue growth.

The BPO owns informing the product roadmap for GTM systems, drives cross-functional execution, and champions scalable automation and visibility across the funnel. Success in this role means improving lead quality, accelerating sales cycles, and increasing overall GTM performance.

  • Lead the optimization and administration of the GTM technology stack, driving automation, usability, and global consistency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends on Salesforce and productivity tools to continuously enhance productivity and funnel conversion.
  • Design and implement efficient, end-to-end sales processes from lead through renewal, improving conversion rates and reducing sales cycle time.
  • Establish and manage a robust data, analytics, and governance framework:
  • Define, track, and report on key funnel and sales performance metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility across systems
  • Oversee CRM governance, including audits, enhancements, and data standards
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment of processes, data flows, and SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with global sales leadership to deliver actionable insights, reporting, and tools that enhance decision-making and performance.
  • Drive cross-functional execution through regular business reviews, roadmap communication, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement best practices and emerging technologies to improve GTM productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Product Ownership, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., Gong, marketing automation platforms)
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps in a GTM or CRM environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes (lead-to-close-to-renewal)
  • Experience building and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards to drive insights
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
