Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field of study
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory role or corporate FP&A, supply chain, sales and operations planning, distribution/logistics, or procurement/sourcing
- Experienced with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience implementing and/or working in environments that incorporate at least one of the following: Tier 1-3 ERPs, Finance Governance tools, CPM technologies, Supply Chain Management applications, or Data Visualization and Analysis solutions
- Experience with procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or record-to-report processes
- You have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
- You get the job done and have fun doing it
- You communicate skillfully with a variety of audiences and can create compelling stories from data
- You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
- You readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutions
- You enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events
- You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
What You’ll Do:
- Use general business and financial acumen to advise clients and develop solutions to a variety of problems related to people, process, and technology optimization. Projects may include business process design and implementation, technology automation and enablement, finance transformation, working capital improvement and more.
- Partner directly with clients to support their needs and deliver on multiple concurrent high-quality projects (average project duration: 3-5 months).
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and service expansion with existing clients.
- Lead research and analysis on a variety of financial, operations, and accounting issues related to business process optimization.
- Oversee the development of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Own planning of and successful delivery against project budget and workstreams.
- Participate actively in the development of junior team members – both in client and internal settings – by providing coaching and performance feedback, and fostering a team-based working culture.
