Emerging Tech is seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to support our capture and business operations teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating proposals, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly to advance the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
• Support the capture process by tracking opportunities, coordinating meetings, and assisting cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with company objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to manage proposal timelines, gather inputs, and ensure submissions meet Emerging Tech’s quality standards.
• Assist with outreach efforts to potential clients and partners, coordinating meetings, maintaining communication, and helping strengthen key relationships.
• Engage with vendors to support partnership development and contract coordination.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with compliance, reporting, and audit preparation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and key initiatives.
• Take on special projects or administrative tasks as needed to support Emerging Tech’s broader objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience in project coordination, business operations, or capture support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with project management or CRM tools a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
