The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

The Role

The Monad ecosystem is quickly growing as established crypto companies, financial institutions, fintechs, and technology companies look to launch products and build businesses onchain. This role is focused on translating that activity into compelling stories that show and share why businesses are choosing Monad, and the possibilities opened by building on the network.

As a Business Marketing Specialist, you will own co-marketing and collaborative go-to-market efforts with key integrations and deployments. You’ll work across the GTM and creative teams within the Monad Foundation, and liaise directly with external marketing and business teams to understand the opportunity and identify strong stories to develop and deliver high-quality campaigns.

This is a dynamic role that demands managing a high volume of complex external workstreams and a high degree of quality. You will own campaign design and delivery, from brief through launch, which includes crafting memorable messaging and building out case studies, among other creative content and activations.

What You Will Do
  • Be embedded within the GTM business and content teams to understand pipeline context, priorities, and opportunities for co-marketing amplification.

  • Maintain a clear view of upcoming launches, evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on expected impact. Determine where marketing can create the most value, decide the appropriate level of support, and translate those decisions into clear strategies.

  • Develop and own joint marketing campaigns. Identify key narratives; create social activations; write case studies and blogs; and own other programs that turn deployments into broader proof of Monad’s adoption, capabilities, and momentum.

  • Drive campaigns from start to finish, including managing timelines and execution across asset development and deliverables, legal and compliance reviews, launch sequencing, and follow-through across stakeholders.

  • Own campaign outcomes. Define upfront objectives and success metrics, track performance and results, and leverage learnings for go-forward programs.

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of experience in business marketing, partner marketing, or a related role ideally within crypto, financial services, or enterprise technology.

  • You understand the crypto ecosystem and can work credibly with both crypto-native companies and traditional businesses. Familiarity with DeFi, payments, stablecoins, tokenization, and financial infrastructure is a strong plus.

  • You have owned integrated or joint GTM campaigns involving external organizations, from initial planning phases through launch and measurement.

  • You are an excellent writer and editor. You can quickly understand a complex integration or business relationship, identify the strongest market-facing story, and turn that into clear content for sophisticated audiences.

  • You exercise strong judgement, are highly organized, and are comfortable running many concurrent workstreams.

  • You are high-agency and self-directed. You use AI and automation intelligently and can move work forward without significant oversight.

Why Work with Us
  • Challenging problems. You’ll tackle deeply complex and technically demanding problems, with autonomy and impact.

  • Endless Opportunity for Impact. The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard is ubiquitous, but existing EVM-compatible chains are slow and bandwidth-constrained. Monad’s core innovations offer developers and founders the best of both worlds (portability and performance) and are a game-changer to power global on-chain finance.

  • The right team. You’ll be part of a world class team, who are exceptional and highly-motivated.

  • Culture. We’re a lean team working together to achieve very ambitious goals. We are united in our culture of collaboration, low ego, and high-quality output.

  • Strong Ecosystem. The broader Monad ecosystem has attracted support from leading investors, builders and long-term contributors.
