As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you deliver actionable insights and predictions to the rest of the company, changing the day-to-day lives of the people at Link. You are a proactive communicator, and you love telling stories with data.  You are a data sleuth, driven to understand, why, where, when.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Translate business requests into actionable visualizations 

  • Write SQL to extract and interpret data from our databases, in order to deliver high quality dashboards and support business units

  • Bring analytics best practices and data insights to collaborations across technical functions and with the business

  • Support your fellow teammates via reviews

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience. 3-5+ years of experience as an Analyst, with a focus in creating visualizations or dashboards

  • Investigative Mindset. You are driven to know why your data-sleuthing bent allows you to interpret complex data

  • Thrive on both autonomy and collaboration. You want to work in a fast, high-growth startup environment. You enjoy learning from your teammates and contributing to their growth

  • Enjoy data discovery. You find the journey from ideation to plan, both creative and enjoyable

Technical

Subject matter expertise in the following areas: 

  • Experienced with PowerBI Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)

  • Experience writing complex SQL queries

  • Experience with modern data warehouses e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, GBQ

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

$120,000 - $135,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.  Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
