- Collaborate closely with C&W Technology Solutions leads, in partnership with brokers, market leaders, and client teams, to understand business needs and co-create a data vision that supports client engagement and competitive differentiation.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, client-facing BI dashboards and applications using Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Translate complex commercial real estate data into intuitive visuals, interactive reports, and compelling data narratives tailored for client presentations and pursuits.
- Serve as a data consultant to brokers, offering insights on how to structure and present data that drives value and supports client strategies.
- Gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources (internal systems, market data, financial models, CRM, etc.) to support strategic analyses.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables, adhering to best practices and company standards.
- Continuously improve and optimize BI tools, processes, and visualizations based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams (data engineering, IT) and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on solutions and deliverables.
- Maintain a strong understanding of commercial real estate metrics, trends, and key performance indicators relevant to clients and brokers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Real Estate, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent education or experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field, preferably within commercial real estate or a B2B advisory setting.
- Strong proficiency with BI and data visualization tools, Power BI is required, additional tools such as Tableau would be preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Excel is required; working knowledge of Alteryx, Power Automate, DAX, SQL, or Python is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into stakeholder requirements.
- Experience creating data models and visualizations that drive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in data-driven visualizations.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering clean, accurate, and visually engaging outputs.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate data and concepts is strongly preferred.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
