About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to execute the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program for Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO).

The Business Execution Senior Manager will be responsible for the management and development of a team dedicated to the execution of the root cause analysis program for resolved complaints tied to Personal Loans, and Retail Services (PLRS) products.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience managing team members at multiple operational sites across domestic markets
  • 3+ years' experience supporting ULO (e.g., Credit Cards, Personal Lines of Credit, Personal Loans, or/or Retail Services products).
  • 2+ years of experience completing product or operational process research.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing themes and trends and compiling that analysis into recommendations for change or risk mitigation.
  • Experience crafting complex information into concise materials fit for a senior executive audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience leveraging data to identify trends and themes for the purpose of identifying change, issues, or to mitigate risk.
  • Experience working across multiple lines of business to assess risk and influence accountability for the execution of change or the mitigation of risk.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience exercising influence to drive programmatic change.
  • Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach 
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to interact with integrity and high-level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
