T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy once you are established, you will make a direct impact on the transportation supply chain while enjoying a merit-based culture that recognizes and rewards your individual capabilities.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including 40 unique dials and emails daily, to generate a minimum of 4 to 8 qualified opportunities per month.

  • Navigate target organizations through deep discovery to qualify cold leads and marketing-qualified leads, moving them strategically through the sales funnel.

  • Partner with Account Executives to coordinate targeted account outreach in high-yield industry verticals and accelerate market development.

  • Document all client interactions, set critical appointments, and accurately forecast pipeline progress within our Salesforce CRM.

  • Manage inbound lead qualification by responding dynamically to incoming calls, emails, and live chats to create clear next steps for the sales team.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey commercial insight during high-volume daily phone conversations.

  • Exceptional resilience, tenacity, and a positive attitude when handling rejection and pursuing new client opportunities.

  • Proven ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Foundational experience utilizing customer relationship management databases or marketing automation tools.

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior knowledge of the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.

  • Experience working with SaaS technologies, solution-selling methodologies, or sales engagement platforms like Outreach.

  • Professional proficiency in speaking Spanish.

Logistics:

Location: Remote - USA (Eastern or Central time zone preferred)

Travel Requirement: 10%
