We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow Gallagher Security’s enterprise presence across Central and Northern Florida. This is a remote-based role focused on the Central and North Florida territory, so we’re ideally looking for someone based within the region.

If you enjoy opening new doors, developing strategic accounts, and building long-term customer relationships, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a key growth market.

The Opportunity

As Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing new enterprise opportunities across Central and Northern Florida, building trusted relationships with end users, consultants, and industry influencers.

This is a consultative sales role where relationships, credibility, and commercial insight matter. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their security priorities and guide opportunities from the first conversation through to close, partnering with Gallagher’s Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to bring the right expertise and solutions to the table.

Along the way, you’ll help strengthen Gallagher Security’s presence across key verticals, build valuable industry networks, and identify where the next opportunities for growth lie.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new enterprise business across Central and Northern Florida, identifying, developing, and converting opportunities within key vertical markets.

  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders, becoming a valued partner in their security strategy.

  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close, developing strategic account plans and maintaining a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Lead customer conversations and solution presentations, partnering with Gallagher’s technical and channel teams to develop solutions that meet complex customer requirements.

  • Stay close to the market, keeping across industry trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Maintain strong visibility of your territory and pipeline through accurate CRM management, forecasting, and regular sales planning.

About You

You’re an ambitious, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing new business, solving complex customer challenges, and seeing opportunities through from the first conversation to close.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within physical security, technology, or another complex solutions environment.

  • Proven experience developing new enterprise accounts and managing opportunities across the full sales cycle.

  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and confidently communicate technical solutions.

  • A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building sustainable, long-term customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to develop territory and strategic account plans and identify where the best growth opportunities lie.

  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at different levels.

  • Experience using CRM systems to effectively manage opportunities, pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer information.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to directly influence Gallagher Security’s growth in Florida and build your presence within a key market.

  • The backing of an established global security technology business with a strong reputation and a broad portfolio of integrated solutions.

  • Close collaboration with experienced Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists, giving you the expertise and support to develop the right solution for each customer.

  • Opportunities to deepen your knowledge of security technology, customer applications, emerging trends, and evolving market needs.

  • A collaborative culture where relationships, trust, and working together matter.

If you’re ready to grow a territory, develop meaningful enterprise relationships, and help customers solve complex security challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the next stage of Gallagher Security’s growth within Florida.
