  • Eight or more years of experience in business development, sales operations, revenue operations, or a comparable B2B sales role.
  • Demonstrated experience administering and using HubSpot to manage pipelines, opportunities, reporting, workflows, and sales activity.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute B2B sales strategies and tactics supporting lead generation, opportunity development, and new-business conversion.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, CRM governance, and new-business performance reporting.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and exercise appropriate discretion.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for internal meetings, industry events, and business development activities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in insurance, captive insurance, captive management, commercial risk, or a related financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with the roles of brokers, consultants, risk managers, captive owners, and other participants in the commercial insurance market.
