Your tasks

This role will be responsible for nurturing and developing leads to further understand how Kardex products and solutions can be utilized by industrial operators to optimize their warehouse and manufacturing processes.
It will be the responsibility of this role to convert leads into opportunities with general information for a sales manager and consultant to further develop specific solutions to meet the goals of the lead. This role will also work their network of resources to further develop themselves as a trusted advisor across the industry to develop additional leads.
Common tasks include:

  • Attending industry events and promoting Kardex Solutions
  • Collaboration with internal and external relationships to identify users who could benefit from Kardex Solutions portfolio of products.
  • Helping identify pain points of current operations that could be addressed with a unique solution offering.
  • Updating CRM information to track leads and their quality or conversion into opportunities to further improve marketing plans and product road maps.
  • Regular meetings with contacts to validate market understanding and awareness of whats possible with today's technology.
