About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to lead pre-booked strategy sessions and close high-value digital marketing clients. This is a full-cycle closing role for sales professionals with proven experience selling marketing services.

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years sales experience in digital marketing services

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, Local Service Ads

  • Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue quotas

  • Excellent consultative sales skills (discovery, pitching, objection handling, closing)

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM & pipeline tracking

  • Available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9 AM – 6 PM)

KPIs & Expectations

  • Lead 15 - 20 qualified strategy sessions per week

  • Maintain a 25% - 35% close rate on calls

  • Generate $40K - $60K+ in new MRR per quarter

  • Maintain 100% accurate CRM tracking in ClickUp & GHL

  • Deliver weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and revenue
