Compensation

This is a full-time position offering:

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll help create an outstanding customer experience by:

  • Answering inbound sales calls using dealership processes
  • Following up with customers who have inquired online, by phone, text, or email
  • Scheduling appointments for our sales team
  • Following up with missed appointments and previous showroom visitors
  • Confirming upcoming sales and service appointments
  • Working aged and active customer leads
  • Tracking sold vehicles and customer follow-up opportunities
  • Working internet leads with the goal of scheduling dealership visits
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM
  • Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Performing other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, texting, and email
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
  • Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment and requires prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, phone communication, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively by phone and in person while performing the essential functions of the position.
