Key Responsibilities
- Support data analysis and visualization tasks using Power BI.
- Participate in low-code development using Power Apps.
- Development and maintenance of RPA workflows to
- automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and Document processes, configurations, and user guides for internal use.
- Learn and apply best practices in system administration, data integrity, and
- security.
- Contribute to testing and deployment activities for new features and enhancements.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce and Microsoft ERP systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation and AI relevant to business applications.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding or coursework in automation tools, AI technologies, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript); hands-on experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interest in learning Salesforce, ERP systems, and Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI and RPA).
- Good analytical thinking and a willingness to solve problems through technology. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
