What You Will Get To Do

  • Organize, and facilitate remote and in-person training classes, webinars, workshops, and other forms of training delivery.
  • Contribute to developing, evaluating, and improving various training programs, projects, and related services.
  • Accomplish training related administrative tasks to specified standards.
  • Track and manage the progress of individual trainees, and provide regular feedback.
  • Communicate participants' performance to their respective managers and other stakeholders.
  • Build, configure, and maintain training environments and related tools and resources used in training delivery.
  • Stay current on financial and technical industry topics and examples to incorporate as needed into product training.

What You Will Bring

  • Functional understanding and practical knowledge of the financial services industry and roles within investment management firms preferred. 
  • Ability to facilitate live training (in person or remote) in an engaging and effective way.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly and translate that knowledge into training.
  • Functional understanding and practical knowledge of the financial services industry and roles within investment management firms preferred. 
  • Relationship management skills to foster success when collaborating with individuals or departments regarding education and training needs and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong facility with Microsoft Office and above applications:  Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methodologies.
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Degree or at least three years of experience in a relevant technical field.

Colorado: Salary range for the position: 121,000 USD to 131,000 USD.
