What You’ll Do:

  • Data Solutions: Gather, Interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources.  Perform data mapping exercises to ingest and manage complex customer data, ensuring quality and trust.
  • Business Process: Work in partnership with customers to define, document, and implement customer specific requirements for executing their business within the platform.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation including requirements, designs, and data mapping.
  • Customer Success: Play a crucial role in the successful onboarding of new customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature will be critical in identifying and mapping data, tracking work, and conducting thorough testing throughout the implementation process.
  • Problem Solver: Dive deep into complex business processes and workflows, using your analytical prowess to understand and address business needs.
  • Communication Champion: Act as a vital liaison between teams, ensuring clear and effective communication to drive project success.

Compensation: $100-$125k, target 10% bonus, 401(k) with up to 3.5% match, stock options, group health insurance, RTD Ecopass, onsite gym membership

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify data mapping between source systems and Carma
  • Create detailed documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and agile artifacts
  • Assist in project planning, management, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and reporting
  • Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects

 Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address complex business issues

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies

 Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Azure DevOps
  • Experience with process visualization tools
  • Participation on software project(s) with a team of 5 or more
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Dynamics
