Spectrum Business BRT performs Full Solution- and Business-Readiness Testing for all changes to Order Lifecycle processes and applications used by Spectrum Business for Enterprise. Our mission is to ensure Business Operations teams can successfully sell, support, and use new products, features, and functions. Across all parts of the Business, we test over 100 projects a year and certify > 20,000 system changes impacting the Order Delivery and Billing platforms.
In this role, you partner with Spectrum Business project Sponsors, Technology Delivery Teams, and end-users to propose and document test strategies and approaches designed to certify business readiness for launch. Initial testing may focus on full Solution Integration Testing, often followed by Operational Readiness testing or User Acceptance, depending on the size and goals of the project. You gather inputs from multiple sources, determine impacts from new functionality to the current systems and business processes, and build and execute test plans in multiple environments. You partner to report and triage defects and issues, and keep your stakeholders informed on status through reports on testing risks, status changes, and overall progress.

- Build a deep understanding of Spectrum Business products, Ordering and Fulfillment processes and Operations functions and teams.
- Develop hands-on subject-matter expertise of Spectrum Business order life-cycle applications, integrations, supporting architecture and interfaces.
- Engage, communicate, and partner with a wide range of stakeholder teams, business users, peers, and leaders to ensure test plans are relevant and deliver value to the business.
- Track and report on findings and results; leverage them to drive continuous improvements to our approaches and practices.
- Support and foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and ongoing learning.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS:
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Five or more years of business analysis or related experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Effective prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
