About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join Salmon’s Growth team and help develop CRM processes across several business areas, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
What you'll own

  • Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements.

  • Manage the backlog: decompose tasks, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.

  • Document and model business processes in CRM and identify gaps between business logic and current system implementation.

  • Define requirements for CRM improvements and system integrations.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, business rules, and system logic.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM developers, and cross-functional teams.


What makes you a strong fit

  • Willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines (relocation is required for this role).

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Experience in fintech / banking.

  • Strong experience with CRM systems, including development, implementation, or process design.

  • Strong knowledge of BPMN and hands-on experience in business process modeling.

  • Experience gathering and formalizing requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

  • Understanding of system integration principles, hands-on experience with APIs, and understanding of event-driven architecture / Kafka.

  • Strong communication skills, including experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior colleagues, presenting solutions, and clearly articulating and defending your point of view.

  • English at B2 level or higher.


Nice to have

  • Experience with Creatio.

  • Experience with telephony, voice bots, or other voice technologies.
