- Act as a Business analyst in Trading and Market Risk.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver technology solutions for risk management and trading platforms.
- Lead projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Mentor team members and share expertise to strengthen overall team capability.
- Engage directly with end-users to understand requirements and provide hands-on support.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Financial Markets within a financial institution or risk management software company, in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of Trading and Market Risk concepts and practices.
- Expertise in derivatives risk and pricing in at least one asset class.
- Proven track record in technology solution delivery.
- Education: Solid academic foundation in financial mathematics, statistics, and technology.
- Skills:
- SQL (nice to have), Python (nice to have).
- Familiarity with ADO/JIRA tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Adaptive and collaborative in a multicultural environment.
- Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability and willingness to mentor others.
