The Business Analyst will optimize payment processes, resolve issues, gather requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance for Capco's client in the payments team.

We are seeking for a Business Analyst who will support our Client in payments team and will play an important role in helping the organization to optimize payment processes, analyze and resolve customer issues and gather new requirements, to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the project to implement cross-border payment processes across banks' European entities
- Monitor payments schema and implement the best solutions according to the regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into payment solutions
- Actively manage and co-ordinate the project plan, identifying key milestones, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits
- Provide timely reports on project status, risks and issues, evaluating project performance based on management information
- Create high quality documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience on complex/multinational projects as Business Analyst in payments area
- Good understanding of SEPA messages,
- Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and understand the business needs with a detail-oriented approach to impact analysis, troubleshooting and/or co-ordination with other teams
- Strong business analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex issues in an easily digestible format to range of audiences
- Taking a value-driven approach and make appropriate prioritizations and practical decisions to get things done
- Experience in Agile ways of working
- Ability to effectively run meetings in English over video or teleconference
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
