The Business Analyst is responsible for providing strong analytical, process optimization, and project management support to Clear Capital’s CX Operations Group. An intermediate individual contributor role, the Analyst provides in-depth analytical and strategic program support to several key initiatives simultaneously. This role goes beyond tactical support to drive strategic process improvement and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Primary objectives include empowering the CX Organization with actionable insights through data analytics, ensuring project alignment with broader operational goals, and delivering transparent reporting to key stakeholders.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Appraisal Innovation Operations but works closely with the entirety of the CX Operational teams as well as finance, sales and product.
On occasion, this role will be asked to provide support and leadership to projects within the ASG and additional Clear Capital divisions as needed.
What You Will Work On
- Lead requirements gathering by facilitating stakeholder sessions to elicit, analyze, and document operational needs
- Define project scope and business objectives to ensure alignment with long-term strategy
- Validate delivered solutions against business needs through user story creation and acceptance criteria
- Provide analytical support to teams engaged in ongoing performance improvement initiatives
- Weekly internal reporting: Performance, financials and escalations
- On-demand customer requests for custom analysis
- Coverage analysis of appraiser and broker panels
- Provide Analyst support to CX Organization to build accurate and robust business justifications for system enhancement requests, analyze performance trends.
- Building dashboards and reports using tools like google sheets, google slides and quicksight
- Effectively communicate analysis, data and recommendations to senior leadership and other CX stakeholders
Who We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience as a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Associate; demonstrated exposure to project support, documentation, and reporting.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and guiding project direction
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to create data with little direction
- Demonstrated ability to manage through change and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong history of mentoring and developing employees
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple complex projects
- Microsoft/Google Experience
- Deep Excel/Sheets Experience to perform helpful analysis for the business
- P&L experience
- Strong business acumen

What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $92,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
