Why Marketing at Steno Is Different

From bold campaigns to nationwide events, we combine creativity, strategy, and flawless execution to elevate Steno’s brand at every touchpoint. We’re a team that does it all—building awareness, engaging audiences, and shaping the way the world sees us. As Steno grows, we’re looking to expand our team with people who are ready to innovate, make an impact, and help us take our brand—and our culture—to the next level.

We're hiring a Brand Campaign Manager to take dedicated ownership of Steno's brand campaigns across out-of-home, connected TV, podcast, direct mail, and paid social. You have 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, and ideally, you've done this before. You're comfortable with briefings, bring creativity, and present performance data. You know how to turn a brand idea into placements that run on time, on budget, and on message.

This role is on the Integrated Marketing team and owns Steno's brand-building channels end-to-end. You'll work closely with content & comms (who develop the brand narrative and creative), product marketing, and field marketing, and you'll brief and manage external agency partners to bring campaigns to life and prove their impact.

You’ll Crush This Role If You

  • Own end-to-end execution of Steno's brand campaigns across partner publishers, out-of-home (OOH) and connected TV (CTV), from creative development through media buying, launch, and optimization
  • Plan, buy, and manage podcast ad placements and paid social campaigns
  • Manage Steno's presence across association directories and communities
  • Run direct mail campaigns, owning list strategy, creative, production, and send
  • Brief and collaborate with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to translate creative vision into channel-ready campaigns
  • Build a premium brand presence in priority markets, balancing brand-building with demand capture
  • Develop audience and messaging strategy for the litigation and legal professional segments we are targeting
  • Own creative briefs and apply a consistent framework for the moments that matter: the problem the audience is facing, how Steno solves it, and the impression we want to leave
  • Define and track the KPIs that prove brand impact: brand lift, share of search, and contribution to marketing mix modeling (MMM)
  • Manage budget, pacing, and reporting across all brand channels, and continuously optimize based on what the data shows
  • Maintain disciplined tracking (UTMs and clean attribution) so brand activity is measurable end to end

What Success Looks Like

Success means Steno shows up as the premium, top-of-mind choice in the markets that matter most. It's brand campaigns that launch on time and on budget across OOH, CTV, podcast, direct mail, and social, measurable lift in branded search and awareness in target markets, and a clear, defensible read on how brand investment is contributing to pipeline.
