The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of product promotion strategies for bike computers and digital products. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful go-to-market plans, ensure brand consistency, and support global marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Go-to-Market process, product marketing plans, and annual marketing plans for bike computers and digital products.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure quality and consistency in brand creative across all touchpoints.
- Leverage athletes, ambassadors, and events to accomplish product marketing and brand goals.
- Oversee content strategy and production (video, imagery, copy) and partner with teams for digital channel execution.
- Support media buying strategy and implementation.
- Contribute to the Lean Product Development process, including product naming.
- Manage brand budget.
- Identify new marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset and daily kaizen culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of direct team management or related leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute global brand strategies.
- Exceptional written, oral, and live presentation communication skills.
- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional, global teams.
- Budget planning and analysis experience.
- E-commerce experience a plus
- Knowledge of the global bike industry and cycling culture.
- Proficiency in digital and print marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Ability to manage spending in line with financial and strategic targets.
- Ability to link market research, data analysis, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%, including weekends.
- Ability to work weekends and maintain flexible working hours.
- Ability to stand for long periods at events.
- Ability to ride a bike to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

- For U.S. locations, the salary range is $95,000 USD + up to 20%, based on skills and experience. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance.
