- Drive Creative Excellence: You'll collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure all brand communications - from campaigns to content - are bold, impactful, and aligned with brand positioning
- Deeply Understand Our Audience: You'll conduct market research and analyze trends to gain insights into our consumers' needs, desires, and evolving expectations, using these insights to inform innovative brand initiatives
- Brand Implementation: You'll develop and implement strategies that meet business and brand goals with impactful GTM implementation
- Manage Brand Performance and Growth: You'll establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track brand health metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative growth strategies
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You'll work closely with product and promotion teams,, sales, and local marketing etc. to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints, advocating for the brand's creative vision
- People Leadership: You'll provide guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand team
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, innovative brand strategies
Skills and Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of brand building principles and a passion for brand marketing
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and measure the impact of innovative campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a creative vision and influence stakeholders
- Experience working with creative agencies and managing the development of high-quality, innovative content
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environments
