The role centers on defining and managing end-to-end business requirements for the applications agents utilize to provide customers with real-time support. The team collaborates closely with multiple business and IT stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, from initial concept to production delivery. The team is actively engaged in supporting growth areas of several businesses, including DISH's TV and OnTech business. Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university or 4 years project management experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is satisfactory
