Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our iconic Oreo brand. As the spearheading Biscuits & Baked Snacks brand for MENAP, we are set for an incredibly playful & truly exciting future.

What you need to know about this position:
  • Building Brand equity: deliver brand promise, vision, position & architecture. Drive consumer understanding & insights that define our consumer needs, attitudes & values in order for consumers to have a stronger & more impactful brand experience across the region.
  • Deliver best in class, tailored integrated marketing communication plans embedded in consumer need and winning across touchpoints while building strong agency relationships across advertising/activation, media, PR, design.
  • In conjunction with cross functional partners, Finance, RDQ and Operations, develop portfolio recommendations and set the marketing mix using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion.
  • Support end to end process management from idea to execution partnering with cross functional stakeholders to deliver innovations.
  • This is a remote role, with Manager based in another location and requirement to work across multiple markets.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any relevant field.
Job specific requirements:
  • 5 years of marketing experience in a BM role in FMCG.
  • Experience in FMCG marketing with an excellent track record project delivery and commercial experience.
  • Openness to learn & grow, with a demonstrated ability to execute in a large, complex organization
  • Strong commercial / financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects within a stage gate innovation framework
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven experience delivering creative excellence with external agency partners.
