At Noble Studios, our graphic designers, which we call (Creative Designers) are key members of our award-winning Brand Experience team. As a Brand Creative Designer, you will support with creative campaign concepting and execution, visual identity development, on-going ad creative support for assigned clients including digital and print materials. You’ll support a wide range of client work across different industries, including Travel & Tourism, Health & Wellness and B2B. As a member of Noble Studios,  you’ll become part of a close-knit team of brand designers, copywriters, video editors and brand strategists to find brilliant solutions to exciting strategic briefs. You’ll be at the heart of creative discussions and project meetings, helping push the work to be better while learning from your teammates.
As for design tools, you should be fluent using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator as well as Figma and Google Workspace tools. Noble Studios fosters a highly collaborative environment, and you will report directly to our Associate Creative Director, Brand Design. Noble Studios' US offices are located in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada – both locations are currently hybrid work environments.  

Responsibilities
  • Apply your design skills on a range of projects that extend beyond digital into branding, print, typography, etc.
  • Demonstrate creative abilities, ranging from rough sketches to layouts, to polished final designs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and video editors to bring ideas to life—because creative digital performance marketing doesn’t happen in a silo.
  • Be obsessed with your clients, their brands and their business, so that you are the go-to design expert. 
  • Present your own work with confidence and clearly explain your rationale.
  • Prepare presentations that showcase our work to its full potential.
  • Always keen to provide art direction and mood references for pitches and projects.
  • Work with colleagues on internal marketing, case studies, award submissions and R&D projects.
  • Understand project requirements and ideas, and ask questions when you don’t. 
  • Produce logos, banner ads, social media graphics, email designs, and presentation decks. 
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for strategic client initiatives that keep brand and business goals in mind. 
  • Use feedback from other teammates to improve, and be willing to share kind, not nice feedback to help teammates be better, too
  • Proactively pursue personal growth and education—asking questions and searching for ways to be better.
  • Handle production work like a boss. Crush ad resizes in your sleep, design ebooks with ease, slay carousel and social ads. 
  • Passion for exploring and understanding AI and other new technology and softwares, not as a tool to replace us but to improve processes, expand our services, and give us more time to think creatively
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional work experience—ideally in an agency or other marketing/creative environment.
  • Bring an exciting and varied portfolio of design projects that communicates your understanding and passion for strategic, visually engaging, brand-driven design for clients.
  • Craft-focused with an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated curiosity exploring and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) tools into your work, leveraging its potential to enhance creativity, efficiency, and problem-solving.
  • Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Figma.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace applications, specially Google Slides and Docs.
  • Sound knowledge across all production and digital channels and formats, including logo design, creative campaign production, web build, mobile, social platforms, etc.
  • Keen to collaborate as part of a team across disciplines—such as performance marketing, content writing and UX designers.
  • Demonstrated history of working to deadlines and working with structured workflows.
  • True and effective communicator with passion to learn from others.
  • Understand the importance of being able to have fun while working hard.

If You’re Chosen 
  • You must pass Noble’s background and reference checks, as well as provide documentation of your legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 
  • You must be able to work full-time, primarily during Noble’s core business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
  • We prefer Nevada-based applicants, but will also consider those in California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan & Virginia.
