Your day-to-day:
- Concept and design engaging visual assets across Greenlight’s brand and product ecosystem to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
- Work on a range of creative projects like marketing and product launch campaigns, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, presentation decks, direct mailers, and more.
- Leverage motion to engage viewers and support storytelling.
- Drive consistency and cohesion across the brand, building upon guidelines and identifying opportunities for fresh visual expression.
- Collaborate with marketing and product managers, creative directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure your work delivers on the creative brief and meets business objectives.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 1-3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company.
- A dynamic portfolio showcasing diverse design skills: layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A strong grasp on contemporary design aesthetics, trends, and interest in emerging technologies.
- Advanced design skills in Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of AfterEffects is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: ability to design for print and create press-ready mechanical files
