At Havenly Brands, we’re building this generation’s premier destination for all things home. Alongside our award winning Havenly design services, we proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, The Inside, and St. Frank. Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey!
Havenly is not just the #1 residential interior design service in America - we're architecting the future of how millions design their homes. With our proprietary 3D visualization technology, our worldwide network of designers empowered with AI tools, and our revolutionary customer-facing AI design assistant, we're at the inflection point of a massive market transformation. This is a rare opportunity to help build the category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce.
Our Core Values
- Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.
- Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.
- Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.
- Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly's best interest.
We're hiring a Brand Designer to lead design for our family of brands. Most of your work will be paid creative: social, display, and video ads that stop the scroll, show the product clearly, and hold up across every format. You'll also design email, site, and campaign work, and contribute to the seasonal moments where craft matters most.
We're looking for a designer with a real eye for type, composition, and imagery who's curious about AI tools and comfortable using them in their work.
This role will report directly to the Senior Manager Creative Operations, and partner closely with Growth Marketing, Copy, and Brand/Creative to translate strategies into compelling work that moves the business.
What You'll Do
- Design paid creative for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and display, from concept and hook through final delivery.
- Keep a steady flow of genuinely different concepts in the market. Ad fatigue comes from repeating the same idea, image, and composition.
- Use AI tools for image generation, editing, and variants, and hold that output to the same standard as your own work.
- Work with the Growth Marketing team to read what's winning and why, and let those results shape what you make next.
- Design email, landing pages, onsite placements, and organic social within each brand's system.
- Contribute to tentpole campaigns and shoots, including art direction input, selects, and retouching.
- Build and maintain clean Figma files, templates, and assets so good work gets reused.
- Bring fresh references to critique, and flag when an idea echoes something we've run recently.
- Have 4-7 years of hands-on design experience in-house or at an agency, with retail, e-commerce, or DTC preferred.
- Have a portfolio that shows range: more than one distinct brand system, strong typography and composition, and paid social alongside brand work.
- Are expert in Figma and Photoshop, and strong in Illustrator and InDesign.
- Have hands-on experience with AI design and image tools (such as Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, or Claude), with a clear point of view on where they help and where they don't.
- Understand paid creative: product legibility at small sizes, platform safe zones, hooks, and testing.
- Take direction well. They can hear "not this," go back to the brief, and return with something better.
- Are comfortable in Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
- Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
- Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.
Bonus points if you also have experience with motion design, video editing, or short form social. Additional bonus points if you have experience with a DAM (we use Air), illustration skills, copywriting, or 3D.
